Does RealPage allow me to verify my tenant's background without his consent? He's been residing in my house for over six months, and he always pays his rent on time. But I've heard from my neighbors that he frequently has strange visitors who party into the wee hours of the morning. Sometimes my neighbors would even call the police. He wouldn't consent, therefore I can't ask him to do a check. He and all of his cronies might destroy my stuff, and I'm not sure how to handle it in a professional manner.
